Ha Phan joined BHPW in July 2025 as a part-time Executive Assistant, bringing a rich and diverse professional background to the team. With experience in both the financial and education sectors, Ha contributes a unique blend of analytical precision, empathy, and organizational excellence.

At BHPW, she supports the team with administrative and operational tasks, helping ensure smooth workflows and a high standard of client service. Her previous role as a preschool teacher has strengthened her communication, adaptability, and attention to detail—qualities that make her an invaluable part of the team.

Outside of work, Ha enjoys cooking Vietnamese meals for her family, preparing healthy snacks for her two daughters, and spending weekends cheering them on at netball games. She also finds joy in bush and coastal walks with friends, embracing moments of connection and nature.
